ILP Partners appointed on major regeneration development in Luton.
ILP Partners have been appointed by Prologis to act as joint letting agents on the former 17-acre Vauxhall plant in Windmill Street Luton. The site closed in 2023
The site is located one mile from Luton airport, 30 miles from London, and near major road and rail links, including the M1. Plans for the scheme have sustainability at their core and will focus on providing new employment opportunities for the immediate local community in Luton.
The scheme which has detailed planning consent will provide a wide range of industrial and distribution buildings ranging from 15,000 sq. ft – 45,000 sq. ft in Phase 1.
