Founded in late 2022, ILP Partners specialise in the large scale industrial and logistics sector, focusing on development advice, site acquisition, leasing and sales, acting for leading corporate clients, developers funds and other investors.The team has advised on a number of large corporate disposals and acquisitions in the Midlands and other regions. In addition, they have been involved in many of the large prime developments throughout the Midlands.
Based in the Midlands, the team covers the whole of the UK, but with particular focus on the Midlands, the North and Southeast.
