ILP Partners let Primus 100, Wood Lane, Birmingham - a prime logistics facility close to J6 of the M6

Acting for clients All Beauty, ILP Partners marketed the warehouse facility, which is strategically located on Wood Lane, 1.5 miles from the M6 J6, close to the A38 Tyburn Road, only 4 miles from Birmingham City Centre in one of the most sought after locations in the Midlands.
The unit which has an eaves height of 10m , 54m yard and 6 dock and 4 level access loading doors attracted considerable interest and was quickly let to Roman Originals PLC who took an assignment of the existing lease expiring in 2036, at the rent passing of £8.50 psf pa.  Roman is a design led and fashion forward retailer offering  affordable, timeless clothing.
The deal concluded in August 2023 when the new tenant took occupation.
