ILP Partners are pleased to have concluded the letting of Apex1 in Tipton to Ansaldo on behalf of private clients . The property is located fronting the A41 Black Country New Road which is approximately 2½ miles from Junction 1 of the M5 Motorway. The 75,000 sq. ft unit has been fully refurbished to a Grade A standard and now incorporates a number of sustainable features including a PV solar array, providing up to 300KVA of power and electric vehicle charging points. The building underwent a significant amount of refurbishment work and expenditure following the vacation of the previous tenant.
