142 ACRE WARWICKSHIRE LOGISTICS PARK REACHES FULL OCCUPANCY
ILP Partners acting for Prologis are delighted to confirm the leasing of DC4 at Ryton, Coventry a 166,748 sq. ft refurbished unit to Furnolic which trades under the names Songmics, Vasagle and Feandrea, & is one of the largest retailers on Amazon.
The unit has achieved an EPC rating of A and has been fully refurbished to the highest standard to include new LED warehouse lighting and EV car charging points, as well as heating and sprinklers. The 142 acre logistics park is now fully let and includes other major companies such as Jaguar Land Rover, DHL and LEVC.
